About Me

Hi I'm Michelle! Mom, Fur-mom, Photographer, former NJ middle school teacher turned full-time photographer.

Photography has been my form of expression since high school and even pursued it at Montclair State University. Somewhere during those college years I also fell in love with education and decided to also pursue that as well. I like to think my patience is a key to both photography and teaching.

Fast-forward to 2021, I was a full-time NJ teacher and part time photographer. After marrying my handsome military husband, I decided to pursue photography full time since we moved out of the state. I now photograph indoors sessions at a home-studio in Elizabeth, NJ along with studios in New London, Hartford CT, RI & MA.

Being a photographer has not only taught me new ways of creating art for myself but to also create images for others. There is something unique that I enjoy doing which is being able to see the outcome of those moments that are created during photo sessions. Not only is it exciting to meet different people but also working together to capture these memories and learning from every experience.

Family photography has an extra special meaning to me. I've been printing out my images for years and so, losing a loved one confirmed my personal belief that capturing images is an essential part of life, even if they are selfies or using our self-timers on our phones.

When I am not editing or out photographing sessions, I enjoy going on walks, taking photos of flowers, watching movies with my husband <3
